Future NDPG-Involved Events:

The Patriot Guard has been invited to honor members of the 191st Military Police Company at a formal welcome home ceremony at the Fargo Armed Forces Reserve Center on Sunday February 10, 2019 at 1:00 PM. The soldiers returned home from a yearlong deployment to Afghanistan. They returned from their deployment in November and December.

Gov. Doug Burgum and Maj. Gen. Al Dohrmann, North Dakota adjutant general will address the service members and their families.
Mission:  Welcome Home Ceremony

Staging: 12:00 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019

Stand-down: 1:00 pm

You are welcome to remain for the ceremony to honor our soldiers and their families. Please remember your 3X5 flags and poles.

The Family of William "Bill" Rickmeyer has invited us to help honor his life and service to our great country.
Bill passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019 at the Stevens Community Medical Center in Morris, MN. He was 88 years old.
Bill's Funeral will be Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church, 311 S Columbia Ave, in Morris, MN.
Military Rites will follow church service in the church yard @ approx. 11:40 a.m.

The Patriot Guard has been invited by Governor Doug Bergum and Major General Alan Dohrmann to help celebrate the presentation of the Woodrow W. Keeble "Je Suis Prett" (I Am Ready) Awards at the Circle of Nations School, 832 8th St N, Wahpeton, ND on February 8, 2019 at 1:00 PM. The award honors MSG Woodrow W. Keeble, a U.S. Army National Guard combat veteran of both World War II and the Korean War. He was a full-blooded member of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate of the Lake Traverse Reservation. He was the recipient of the Medal of Honor during the Korean War. He also received the Distinguished Service Cross, the Silver Star, the Bronze Star, two Purple Hearts, and the Combat Infantryman Badge. He taught at the Wahpeton Indian School for years after his military service.
The Patriot Guard will present a flag-line prior to the commencement of the ceremony.
